Tribal Land Transfer Policy
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has requested that all investor-owned utilities create and maintain a readily-accessible public website that serves as a repository for documentation related to its policy.
Each quarter, SJW will provide the CPUC with:
- an updated list of recent real property dispositions;
- a list of in-process real property dispositions; and
- a summary of Tribal contacts and consultations (including the outcome of those consultations) they have undertaken over the previous quarter.
In addition, SJW posts these reports on our website.
